After Check-in
A3010: No worries. Occasional brief outages may occur due to the public power grid.
If that happens, a backup generator will normally start automatically. You may hear some noise from the equipment. We appreciate your understanding.
A3020: In most cases, yes, but please let us know in advance if you wish to disable the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in your apartment.
To maintain energy efficiency, we ask that you keep windows and doors closed while the system is running.
A3030: Please use the eco or energy-saving modes on the washing machine and dishwasher.
If you are unsure how to set them, refer to the instruction manuals or ask our staff for assistance.
A3040: We reuse only clean plastic water bottles, specifically 1-liter and 1.5-liter bottles.
Please collect them separately, keep them in their original shape, and leave them in your apartment upon departure.
Other plastic items should be disposed of with general waste.
A3050: Definitely no. Each apartment has a strictly defined maximum occupancy.
This maximum occupancy must not be exceeded under any circumstances, including informal arrangements, spontaneous changes, or verbal agreements.
A3060: Please use plastic bags for organic waste, glass, and general waste.
A starter set is provided at check-in, and extra bags can be found in any supermarket.
Regular and final waste removal is the responsibility of apartment guests. On check-out, dispose of your trash in the bins along the main road when leaving the village.
If you request intermediate apartment cleaning during your stay, waste removal can be included in this service for an additional fee.
A3070: Yes, but only with prior approval from the manager.
The number of people is limited by the property's overall capacity. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis, and management may refuse any request without explanation.
