A1010: CONTINUUM welcomes adult guests, both young and mature couples, as well as families with children.

However, the concept is designed primarily for adults who value peace, seclusion, and a close connection to nature. Very active child behavior may not align with the atmosphere of the place.

The terrain includes slopes, elevation changes, and a rocky beach, so children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.

Q1020: Can I bring my dog?

A1020: Yes, dogs are allowed, provided they are not from breeds considered potentially dangerous and do not pose a threat to guests or staff.

Guests are fully responsible for their pets' behavior and must clean up after them both on the premises and during walks outside the property.

Q1030: How many dogs are allowed to stay with me?

A1030: Although dogs are allowed, the number is limited to one or two dogs per apartment.

The exact limit depends on the apartment size, reservation rate, and the overall pet capacity of the property at the same time.

Please check your reservation details or confirm with management before arrival to avoid any misunderstanding.

Q1040: What is the cost of dog accommodation?

A1040: Dog accommodation fees apply per dog per stay to cover extra cleaning and maintenance services.

Charges vary depending on the reservation rate, apartment type, and apartment size.

These fees must be paid before arrival or on arrival.

Q1050: Is CONTINUUM suitable for guests with limited mobility?

A1050: The design of the apartments and common areas takes into account the needs of guests with reduced mobility.

However, the natural landscape and terrain may limit full physical accessibility and should be considered when planning your stay.

Q1060: Is parking available on-site?

A1060: Yes. You can reserve a parking slot in our outdoor on-site parking area or in the garage.

A charge may apply depending on the current policy and your reservation rate.

Q1070: Is there video surveillance?

A1070: Yes. Cameras cover exterior areas only, including entrances, pools, and parking.

No indoor cameras are used.

Q1080: Where can I smoke?

A1080: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

A penalty of EUR 100 applies for violations in outdoor public areas, and EUR 500 for violations in indoor public spaces or within any apartment.

Q1090: What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

A1090: Standard check-in is at 16:00.

Standard check-out is at 11:00.

Q1100: When do I need to pay for my reservation?

A1100: Your reservation must be paid according to your rate rules to receive final confirmation in our system.

The general payment rules are:

Non-refundable reservations require full payment within 48 hours of booking.
Partially refundable reservations require the stated percentage within 48 hours of booking.
Free cancellation reservations must be fully paid 5 days prior to check-in.
Last-minute or special-occasion bookings must be paid as agreed upon booking.

All reservations must be fully paid before keys are issued.
