Check-Out Guidelines

We would be grateful if you could inform us of your expected check-out time, especially if you plan to leave earlier than the standard check-out time.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

If you plan to leave early, before 9:00 AM, please inform us no later than the evening before departure.

In this case, your check-out will normally be arranged as a self check-out, and we will provide you with any special instructions if needed.

For an early self check-out, please make sure that all possible questions are settled in advance, including your final bill and any missing, damaged, or broken items.

Please inform us before departure if any glassware, tableware, equipment, furniture, or other apartment items have been damaged or are missing.

Before saying goodbye, please take a moment to complete the following:

Towels: Gather all used towels and place them in one dry area. Please do not leave wet towels on the floor.
Bed linen: Remove all used bed linen and place it in one dry spot.
Trash: Bag all garbage from the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas in plastic bags and dispose of it in the nearby trash containers on the upper main road, on the left side of the entrance turn.
Appliances and equipment: Close all opened awnings and turn off the TV, fans, kitchen appliances, and other electrical equipment.
Remote controls: Leave all remote controls, including TV, fireplace, air conditioning, gate, or garage remote controls, in a visible place.
Keys/cards/wristbands: Leave all keys, cards, wristbands, and related access items on the coffee table or dining table, unless we have provided you with different self check-out instructions.

Kitchen, If Applicable

If your apartment has a kitchen, please leave it tidy and complete the additional kitchen steps before departure.

Place all used dishes, glasses, and cutlery into the dishwasher.
Please do not start the washing cycle.
Do not put knives or pans into the dishwasher.
Leave knives and pans clean or rinsed in the kitchen.
Make sure no food waste, open food, or used tableware is left outside the kitchen area.

Final Bill

Please settle your balance before departure.

For early self check-out, the final bill should normally be closed no later than the evening before departure.

After Leaving

After leaving the apartment, please send us a short message confirming that you have checked out and that the keys/cards/wristbands and remote controls have been left in the agreed place.

Early and Self Check-out

If you plan to leave early, especially before the standard check-out time or before the management can meet you in person, your departure will normally be arranged as a self check-out.

For self check-out, please make sure to complete the following before departure:

Follow all check-out instructions provided in this article, including the instructions regarding garbage, kitchen appliances, oven, stove, personal belongings, and the apartment condition.
Inform us if there is anything damaged, missing, or broken, so that we can update and close the final balance correctly.
Leave all wristbands, keys, cards, and any remote controls in the designated place communicated by the management.
If instructed to do so, leave the wristbands in the Yucca flowerpot located in the parking area.
Send us a short message after leaving, confirming that you have checked out and that all keys/cards/wristbands and remote controls have been left in the agreed place.

A photo showing the exact location of the designated place will be sent to you separately as soon as possible.

We are sorry if, because of your early departure, we are unable to say goodbye to you properly in person, and we wish you a smooth and safe journey.
