Cleaning, Linen Change, Laundry & Ironing

We recommend booking cleaning and linen change services at the time of reservation. This allows us to plan the housekeeping schedule in advance and provide the highest quality of service.

If these services were not included in your booking in advance, they may still be requested during your stay, subject to availability and for an additional fee.

Personal Laundry

Personal laundry and drying are permitted only in apartments equipped with the appropriate appliances.

Please use the washing machine and drying equipment carefully and according to the apartment instructions.

Starter Laundry Set

A complimentary starter laundry set is provided at the beginning of your stay.

It may include:

• Laundry detergent.
• Fabric softener.

The starter laundry set is intended to help you begin your stay comfortably and is not replenished automatically.

If additional detergent, softener, or other laundry products are needed, guests should purchase them independently in local shops or supermarkets.

Linen and Towel Change

Bed linen and towel changes are available upon prior request, subject to housekeeping availability and for an additional fee.

Extra towel sets, including towels for SPA or beach use, may also be provided upon request and at an additional cost.

Apartment Cleaning During Stay

Apartment cleaning during your stay can be arranged separately, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

If needed, waste removal may also be included in intermediate or mid-stay cleaning service, subject to prior arrangement.

Before Check-out

Before check-out, please prepare used linen and towels as follows:

• Remove all used bed linen.
• Place used bed linen in a dry and clean area of the apartment.
• Place used towels together with the linen only if the towels are not wet.
• Do not wash used bed linen or towels yourself. Our staff will handle them after your departure.
• Do not place wet towels together with dry linen.
• Leave wet towels separately in a suitable dry area where they will not damage floors, furniture, or other items.

An iron and ironing board are available upon request, subject to current availability. Please contact management if you need them.
