During You Stay

Q4010: Can I cook in the apartment?

A4010: Yes. Most apartments have functional kitchens with basic cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen appliances.

You are welcome to prepare meals, but please follow our kitchen guidelines to ensure safety, cleanliness, and comfort during your stay.

  • Do not wash frying pans or knives in the dishwasher.
  • Never leave a gas stove unattended.
  • In case of fire, use a lid, baking soda, or a fire extinguisher; never use water on burning oil.
  • Do not leave glasses or dishes outdoors for a long time, as wind can damage them.

A4030: We provide several essential starter sets to help you begin your stay comfortably:

A4050: Coffee capsules are provided only as part of the welcome set on arrival and are not replenished automatically during the stay.

The capsules compatible with the coffee machines installed in the apartments are commonly available and can usually be purchased in larger supermarkets.

At the moment, we have not yet launched our own online shop and therefore cannot regularly supply guests with coffee capsules or other food products during their stay.

In exceptional cases, if you urgently need a small quantity of compatible capsules, we may be able to assist with delivery, subject to availability and staff capacity.

If you expect frequent use, please contact us for personalized terms.

A4110: Before check-out, please remove all used bed linen and place it in a dry and clean area of the apartment.

Used towels may be placed together with the linen only if they are not wet. Wet towels should be left separately in a suitable dry area where they will not damage floors, furniture, or other items.

Please do not wash used bed linen or towels yourself. Our staff will handle them after your departure.

Q4140: Is the tap water safe to use?

A4140: Yes. The water supplied to the apartments is suitable for domestic purposes, including washing, showering, cleaning, and kitchen use.

However, we do not recommend drinking tap water raw or untreated.

For drinking water, we recommend using the water purifier located in the garage on the Garden Floor. Guests may use it free of charge during their stay.

Q4150: How does the lighting control system work?

A4150: Our smart lighting uses preset scenes and sensors for convenience.

The main scenes are:

  • OS for bright lighting.
  • AS for ambient lighting.
  • NS for night lighting.
  • SP for outdoor lighting.

Control is handled automatically through time and presence sensors, and manually through wall switches according to the provided button table.

Facade lighting usually turns on at dusk and switches off around midnight. If adjustments are needed, please contact staff.

Q4160: How do I operate motorized curtains/blinds?

A4160: There are a few very simple rules:

  • Use the designated switches linked to the lighting controls.
  • Never leave blinds or awnings open when you are away.
  • Do not override the system.

Blinds and awnings retract automatically in the evening or in unsuitable weather.

Q4170: How is temperature regulated in the apartment?

A4170: Our hybrid HVAC system maintains comfort year-round: 21–23°C in winter and about 23–25°C in summer, usually 7–8°C cooler than outside.

Keep windows and doors closed while the system is running. Do not try to adjust thermostat settings yourself; contact staff for changes.

You may only stop and start the system using your thermostat:

  • To stop it, press and hold the right button for 5 seconds until the “KEY” sign disappears, then click the left button until the arrow points to “HOUSE”.
  • To start it again, press and hold the right button for 5 seconds until the “KEY” sign disappears, then click the left button until the arrow points to “SUN”.

If you feel the room is overcooled in summer or overheated in winter, simply stop your local system for a certain time, then start it again.

Use ceiling fans counterclockwise in summer and clockwise in winter.

Q4180: How do I access the apartment and premises?

A4180: Please use the RFID cards or wristbands provided for doors.

For gates and barriers, enter the code shown in your Dashboard or use a remote control if one has been issued to you.

Q4190: What should I know about the fire/safety system?

A4190: The smoke detectors are sensitive, so please avoid excessive steam or strong cooking odors.

If perimeter protection is available for your stay and you want to arm the alarm when leaving, enter your code as instructed. If needed, request the code and instructions from staff.

Q4200: How do I operate sliding/balcony doors?

A4200: For sliding doors, turn the handle 180 degrees downward to unlock, then slide gently.

To close, bring the door fully back to the frame and turn the handle 180 degrees upward to lock it.

For balcony doors, use swing mode by turning the handle 90 degrees horizontally, or ventilation mode by turning the handle 180 degrees upward and tilting the top inward.

Always close doors during storms or strong winds.

Q4210: How do I use the in-room safe?

A4210: Follow the instructions posted near the safe.

Typically, you enter a custom code and press “LOCK” to secure it.

A4230: Connect to the network CONTINUUM_GUEST.

The password can be found in your SPACE dashboard.
