Entry to the Premises and Apartment

Access Control System

Our apartments are equipped with various access control systems:

  • Salto readers, electronic locks, and cylinders
  • BFT electromotor-operated barriers and gates

To access the premises, apartments, and public areas, please use the digital keys (RFID cards or wristbands) provided at check-in.

To pass through barriers and gates, use the codes provided in your Dashboard or sent to you during check-in.

In some cases, you may also be given a special remote control.

Facade Doors

Our apartments feature modern, secure facade doors of various types, fitted with heavy-duty glass panels capable of withstanding strong seasonal winds.

Due to their technical complexity, dimensions, weight, and design, special care and attention are strictly required when using them.

A) Sliding Doors

Opening:

  • Turn the handle 180° downward to unlock the mechanism. The door will lift slightly off the tracks.
  • Gently slide the door sideways by holding the base of the handle (not the handle itself).

Closing:

  • Slowly bring the door back to the frame until it fully connects with the latch side. Avoid even minor impacts.
  • Turn the handle 180° upward to lock it in the closed position.

Important: During heavy winds or storms, the door must be fully closed and locked with the handle in the upward position.

B) Balcony Hinged Doors (and some large windows)

These doors, usually found in bedrooms, can open in two ways:

  • Full inward swing
  • Top-ventilation (tilt mode)

Inward swing:

  • Gently press the door against the frame with your free hand to ease the handle movement.
  • Turn the handle 90° horizontally.
  • Swing the door inward.

Closing:

  • Press the door tightly against the frame.
  • Turn the handle 90° downward to lock.

Ventilation (tilt) mode:

  • From the closed position, turn the handle 180° upward.
  • Lightly press the door against the frame to ease the movement.
  • Gently pull the top of the door inward to create a ventilation gap.

Important: You can only switch between swing and ventilation modes by fully closing the door first. Attempting to switch modes without closing may damage the mechanism.

C) General Recommendations

  • Always operate the doors smoothly, without sudden movements or excessive force.
  • Use both hands to distribute pressure evenly when opening or closing.
  • Regularly clean tracks and hardware to remove dust and debris.
  • Keep all doors and windows closed during strong winds or storms.
