To ensure your safety and the protection of the complex, please adhere to the following rules.

Smoking

Strictly follow the smoking policy and rules outlined in this guide.

Use of Kitchen Equipment

• Before starting to cook, familiarize yourself with the rules provided in this guide and the user instructions for the kitchen equipment. Follow them strictly.
• Always use the extractor fan while cooking.
• In case of smoke, immediately turn off gas and/or electric appliances.
• Never leave the stove on unattended.

Use of Fireplace and Open Flame

• Before using the fireplace, carefully read the instructions in this guide and the fireplace user manual, and follow them strictly.
• Do not use the fireplace during strong winds or in conditions of high fire danger.
• Never leave the fireplace unattended or running overnight.

Firefighting Equipment and Evacuation

• Familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan displayed in your apartment.
• Locate the nearest fire extinguisher and other firefighting equipment.
• In the event of a fire:
  • Immediately notify the administration.
  • If possible, extinguish the fire using the fire extinguisher.
  • Leave the premises, closing the door behind you but do not lock it.
  • Do not use the elevator.
  • Follow the instructions of staff and/or emergency services.

General Recommendations

• Do not use faulty electrical appliances.
• When leaving the apartment, turn off all electrical appliances.
• Do not cover hot lamps and heaters with fabric or other flammable materials.
• Do not store flammable or explosive substances in the apartment.
• Report any equipment or electrical appliance malfunctions to the administration.
