Fireplace Rules

The fireplace^* in the apartment creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during colder months. For comfortable and safe use, please read the following rules:

• Before using the fireplace, familiarize yourself with the user manual and/or ask management for guidance.
• Handle the equipment and remote control with care.
• The use of the fireplace is a complimentary service. However, fuel must be purchased, and an operational fee (gas fee) of €15 per 2 hours of use applies in 2025.
• If you plan to use the fireplace frequently, please contact the manager for personalized terms.
• While our fireplaces meet the highest fire safety standards, please read carefully and strictly follow the fire safety regulations outlined in this guide.
