Green House Policy

Our apartments are a man-made oasis set among rock and stone of National Nature Park Stari Ulcinj. There is no natural water source or centralized supply, nor any native soil: every plant is grown in specially imported earth, and all water is delivered by tanker. From the very beginning, this project was conceived with careful stewardship of resources, the local landscape, and the surrounding environment.

Sustainability

Please help us conserve resources by following these recommendations:

• Use the most efficient settings on the washer and dishwasher; consult the instruction manual or ask staff if you need guidance.
• Turn off the water during pauses when washing or brushing your teeth.
• Report any faulty flush tanks or leaks to staff immediately.

Energy and Climate

A centralized HVAC and ventilation system supplies fresh air throughout the property. For energy efficiency and to maintain temperature balance, please keep windows and doors closed — or notify us in advance if you wish to disable air conditioning and ventilation in your apartment.

Kitchens are equipped with gas cooktops and, in some units, gas-fired ovens. Responsible use of this equipment ensures high cooking performance and energy efficiency.

Because we are in a rural setting, brief power outages may occur. Backup generators will engage automatically (you may hear the equipment running). We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Recirculation and Reuse

Please collect empty plastic water bottles separately and leave them in the apartment upon departure. We forward them to local farmers to reuse.
