Guest General Policy

Space of respect, safety and inner freedom.

Regardless of identity, gender orientation, origin, or lifestyle, every guest can expect kindness, discretion, and the right to be themselves. A culture of tact, personal space, and mindful presence defines the atmosphere shared by all who choose this format of retreat.

Guest Age and Restrictions

Adults, couples, and families with children are welcome. However, the architecture, layout, and overall concept of the complex are tailored to the needs of adults who value seclusion, peace, and a connection with nature. The atmosphere may not be compatible with highly active child behavior.

Privacy and calm are central values. The complex is located on natural terrain with elevation changes, sloped paths, and a rocky beach, making it impossible to guarantee full safety for children. Children outside the apartment must be accompanied at all times by responsible adults. All guests are expected to behave mindfully — ensuring both their own safety and respect for the privacy and tranquility of others.

Pets

Dogs are permitted provided they are not of a breed considered potentially dangerous and do not pose a threat to other guests or staff. Guests assume full responsibility for their pet's behavior and any damage caused to the property or other guests. Cleaning up after pets is mandatory, both on the premises and during walks outside the property.

Accessibility

The needs of guests with limited mobility were taken into account during the design of the apartments and common areas. However, the terrain and natural landscape of the site do not always allow for full physical accessibility. This should be considered when planning a stay.

Extra Beds and Occupancy

Each apartment has a defined maximum occupancy based on space, comfort, and operational standards. Exceeding this number is not permitted under any circumstances — including informal requests, spontaneous changes, or verbal agreements.

Payment for Services

All additional services must be paid for on the day they are provided or no later than the following calendar day.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to property in the apartment or on the premises. The amount of compensation is determined by the administration and subject to guest confirmation.

Environmental Responsibility

CONTINUUM is a handcrafted oasis set among rocks and stone, with no natural water sources or fertile soil. Landscaping is sustained with imported soil, and all water is delivered by tanker. The project was developed with deep respect for the surrounding environment. Conscious use of resources — especially water and electricity — helps preserve the ecological balance of this unique place.
