Hydraulica SPA and Fitness: Usage and Safety

Description

Hydraulica SPA and Fitness is the wellness and fitness area of CONTINUUM, designed for quiet relaxation, light sport, and personal well-being.

The complex includes:

  • A professional gym with equipment for strength and cardio training.
  • A free weights and boxing zone.
  • A dance studio and table tennis.
  • An indoor relaxation pool.
  • A seasonal infinity sports and relax pool.
  • A sauna and a hammam.

Location and Access

Hydraulica SPA and Fitness is located on the Garden Floor, accessible through the door facing the Rotonda.

Use your electronic key to open the door. Access is normally available only during operating hours.

Please check the current operating hours in the dedicated Working Hours article, as access times may vary depending on the season, maintenance, private reservations, or operational requirements.

To reach the infinity pool, follow the ramp located on the west side of the complex.

Pets in Hydraulica Areas

For hygiene reasons and out of respect for other residents, please do not bring dogs or other pets into Hydraulica SPA & Fitness facilities.

This includes the gym, indoor relaxation pool, sauna, hammam, changing areas, and infinity pool area.

Dogs may be taken to the beach at the owner’s own discretion and responsibility, only if the owner considers the beach conditions safe and suitable for the dog, and provided that the dog does not disturb other guests.

Pool Areas and Private Zones

The guest terrace near the infinity pool is intended for transit to the swimming pool only.

Sunbathing or spending extended time on this terrace is not permitted. The absence of sun loungers in this area is not an omission, but part of our concept of sustainable use of a narrow shared space.

Guests are welcome to sunbathe on their apartment terraces, where available, or at the beach.

The terraces below the façade and the small pool belong to the private area of the corresponding apartment and are not available for general guest use.

Pool Safety and Hygiene Rules

For a safe and comfortable pool experience, please follow these rules:

  • Pools are for the exclusive use of registered guests, in accordance with the complex’s age policy.
  • Showering is required before entering the indoor relaxation pool.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed near the pools.
  • Bringing glassware or ceramic tableware near the pools is strictly prohibited.
  • Diving, water splashing, and rough games are not permitted in the pools.
  • Do not walk on the edge of the infinity pool or in the overflow channel.
  • Walking on the infinity pool edge or in the overflow channel seriously endangers your life.
  • Do not climb onto the fountain wall or any pool structure.
  • Do not touch any pool lights, glass elements, or technical elements inside the pool.
  • Do not stand on the glass panels on the pool floor.
  • Never try to jump on the glass panels or apply pressure to them.
  • The guest terrace near the infinity pool is not intended for sunbathing or extended stay.
  • Private terraces below the façade and the small pool are not available for general guest use.

The restriction on food, drinks, glassware, and ceramic tableware near the pools is required primarily for guest safety and water hygiene.

If glass or ceramic items are dropped or overturned, even by a single light gust of wind, they may seriously contaminate the water and wet areas, create a safety hazard, and potentially put the pool out of service for an extended period.

The restrictions regarding the fountain, pool lights, glass elements, and glass panels are also essential for safety. These elements are part of the pool’s technical and architectural design and must not be used as steps, seats, toys, supports, or play objects.

Sauna and Hammam Rules

Please use the sauna and hammam quietly and respectfully.

The following rules apply:

  • Please maintain silence and follow hygiene rules in the sauna and hammam.
  • Use your towel as a cover when sitting on the sauna benches.
  • Do not operate the sauna or hammam heaters yourself.
  • Do not pour water, oils, or other substances onto equipment unless specifically instructed by management.
  • If you feel unwell, overheated, dizzy, or uncomfortable, please leave the area immediately and contact management if needed.

Gym Rules

For your safety and for the comfort of other guests, please follow these gym rules:

  • Entry to the indoor Hydraulica area is allowed only in clean athletic shoes with light soles or poolside slippers.
  • Use machines only as intended and according to posted instructions.
  • Do not move any machines, tables, or fixed equipment.
  • Return all benches, weights, and equipment to their designated places after use.
  • Place a towel over seats, benches, and pads before use.
  • Wipe down all surfaces that come into contact with your body using sanitizer and a towel after use.
  • Do not lift the roller blinds during sunny summer days.
  • Do not touch the climate control equipment or attempt to change its settings on displays, panels, or keyboards in any shared area.
  • Turn off the fans when leaving the gym, if you are the last to leave.
  • If you use a locker in the changing room, please leave it clean afterward.
