Lighting Control. Scenes & Switches

The complex uses a centralized lighting control system.

Light Scenes

In each room, lighting sources are grouped into several scenes, with each light source potentially having a unique brightness setting (DIMM) for each scene:

  • OS (Operating Scene) – the main scene with maximum lighting
  • AS (Ambient Scene) – soft, atmospheric lighting
  • NS (Night Scene) – available in certain rooms such as kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and foyers
  • SP (Outdoor Scene) – for exterior lighting
  • Master OFF – switches off all lights completely
  • LS (Local Scene) – up to three individual or localized lighting scenes per room

Lighting is controlled by the following triggers

  • Astronomical clock – automatic on/off based on time of day
  • Presence/absence sensors – automatic control with room-specific settings
  • Manual switches – three types for manual control

Types of Light Switches and How They Work

There are three types of lighting switches installed in the apartments:

  • Type 1: CJC Nina Carre
  • Type 2: Lutron Palladiom
  • Type 3: Lutron Pico

All switches are electronic and capable of issuing multiple control commands based on different button actions (first/second press, double press, long hold, etc.). The functionality of these switches can be summarized in the table below.

Facade illumination

On the terraces and facades adjacent to the apartments, facade illumination automatically turns on at dusk. It switches off automatically around midnight (the exact time may vary slightly depending on the season).

If, for any reason, the lighting on your terrace or facade is disturbing, it can usually be turned off using one of the available switches (this is typically linked to the external SP Scene).

Please consult the property manager for further instructions if needed.
