Motorized Curtains, Blinds & Awnings

Our apartments are also equipped with lighting control systems using motorized curtains, external and internal blinds, and awnings (canopies).

External blinds and awnings can be operated via switches located within the apartments only during good, dry, and windless weather conditions, as permitted by the central program.

Please refer to the table in the lighting section above to learn which buttons and operations control the motorized elements.

Important:

• Always retract the awnings and external blinds if you are no longer using them. Do not leave them open when you leave the apartment.
• The system automatically retracts all blinds and awnings in the evening when the sun is low, or earlier if necessary based on weather forecasts or commands from other systems.
• Do not try to interfere with this process or attempt to reopen them afterwards.
