Parking and Garage

Our complex offers two parking options:

Outdoor Guest Parking. Located within the property and accommodating up to 5 vehicles. In 2026, guest parking is free of charge; however, advance notice is required when booking your apartment. Although spaces are generally available, we recommend informing us in advance to guarantee availability. Please park vehicles compactly, positioning them perpendicular to the entrance direction.
Covered Garage. Provides 3 parking spaces and is available at an additional cost. Use of the garage is subject to availability. To reserve a garage spot, please contact the property management.

Please be especially cautious when entering or exiting through the motorized gates, parking, or driving on the ramp, as distances are narrow.
