Pets

Staying with dogs is permitted at CONTINUUM only under prior agreement with the management and subject to the conditions below.

Our pet policy is designed to protect the comfort of all guests, the hygiene of the apartments and shared areas, and the safety of both people and animals.

Prior Approval and Pet Fee

Guests must inform the management at the time of booking if they plan to stay with a dog.

Please specify the dog’s breed, age, and size in advance.

Accommodation with pets is subject to an additional fee.

The administration reserves the right to deny a pet request if the number of pets in the apartment or on the premises exceeds the allowable limit, or if the request is not compatible with the quiet and private character of the estate.

Owner Responsibility

The dog’s owner is fully responsible for the animal’s behavior during the entire stay.

This includes responsibility for:

  • Any damage caused by the dog.
  • Any disturbance to other guests or residents.
  • Any hygiene issues inside the apartment or on the estate grounds.
  • Safe handling of the dog in all accessible areas.
  • Compliance with all house rules and management instructions.

Dogs must not be left unattended if this may cause noise, stress, damage, or disturbance.

Hygiene and Care

Please maintain proper hygiene and care for your dog during your stay.

The following rules apply:

  • Dogs must be walked outside the complex grounds.
  • Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Pet waste must be disposed of properly.
  • Dogs must not use beds, sofas, armchairs, guest textiles, or other apartment items intended for human use.
  • Please do not wash or shower dogs in apartment bathrooms unless this has been specifically agreed with management.

Towels and Guest Textiles

Please do not use guest towels, bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, bathrobes, bed linen, blankets, or any other guest textiles for pet care.

This includes using guest towels for drying paws, drying the dog after the beach, cleaning fur, wiping the floor after the dog, or any other animal-related use.

Such textiles are very likely to become permanently stained, damaged, or unsuitable for further guest use. If this happens, the damaged item may be charged to the guest.

If you need a towel for wiping your dog’s paws or for other pet-related care, please ask us. We may be able to provide a suitable pet towel upon request.

Access to Shared Areas

For hygiene reasons and out of respect for other guests and residents, dogs and other pets must not be brought into Hydraulica SPA & Fitness facilities.

This includes:

  • The gym.
  • The indoor relaxation pool.
  • The sauna.
  • The hammam.
  • Changing areas.
  • The infinity pool area.
  • Pool terraces and related shared wellness spaces.

Dogs must also not enter any technical rooms, service areas, staff areas, or other restricted parts of the estate.

Beach Access

Dogs may be taken to the beach at the owner’s own discretion and responsibility.

This is allowed only if the owner considers the beach conditions safe and suitable for the dog, and provided that the dog does not disturb other guests, residents, or visitors.

Please remember that the beach area is rocky and may be unsuitable for some dogs, especially in hot weather, rough sea conditions, or after dark.

Noise and Disturbance

CONTINUUM is a quiet private estate, and all guests are expected to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

Dogs must not create repeated or prolonged noise, including barking, whining, scratching doors, or disturbing neighboring apartments.

If a dog causes disturbance, the management may ask the owner to take immediate corrective action.

Damage, Cleaning, and Additional Charges

Guests are responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, stains, odors, or excessive wear caused by their dog.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Damaged furniture, textiles, or equipment.
  • Stained or damaged towels, linen, blankets, or upholstery.
  • Additional deep cleaning.
  • Persistent odors.
  • Damage to garden areas, terraces, doors, walls, or floors.
  • Disturbance or other issues requiring staff intervention.

Please inform us immediately if anything has been damaged or soiled, so we can deal with it properly and avoid unnecessary complications.

Final Note

We welcome responsible guests traveling with well-behaved dogs, provided that the stay remains comfortable for everyone.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, restrictions on pet access, or other measures taken by the management.
