Storms and Severe Weather Safety

Our apartments are located in one of the most favorable climatic regions — on the southern Adriatic coast of Montenegro. Summers here are typically dry and sunny, with minimal rainfall and rare storms. However, during the transitional periods — in May, September, and October — brief but significant weather deterioration can occur, including strong winds and storms.

Recommendations during Adverse Weather Conditions

  • Keep away from the sea and the beach during a storm. Even with a slight increase in wind, it is recommended to immediately leave the water and the beach.
  • Pay attention to sudden weather changes. On the coast, conditions can change within minutes.
  • Limit outdoor activities during strong winds. If you need to go outside, choose moments of calm.
  • Make sure to securely close all doors and windows. Pay special attention to the facade doors and ensure they are properly locked.
  • Do not worry if the power goes out. In case of outages, a backup generator will automatically turn on in the apartments.
  • Please note that during the autumn-winter period, the amount of precipitation on the Montenegrin coast increases, and heavy rains and storms are possible.
