We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Additional Fees

The following fees apply to extended check-in and check-out options:

  • Early check-in: 30% of one night’s rate.
  • Late check-out: 50% of the last night’s rate.

Check-in Orientation

At CONTINUUM, check-in is not limited to handing over keys, cards, or wristbands.

Each arrival normally includes a short orientation tour. During this introduction, we show the apartment, explain the main systems, and provide a brief walkaround of the estate and facilities.

This helps guests understand how everything works from the beginning and makes the stay smoother, safer, and more comfortable.

Why We Do This

CONTINUUM is a private estate with several comfort, technical, access, and safety systems that may be different from a standard hotel or apartment rental.

Many things are simple once shown once, but can be inconvenient to discover alone later.

The purpose of the orientation is to help you avoid unnecessary confusion, understand the estate layout, and use the apartment and shared facilities correctly.

Apartment Introduction

During check-in, we usually show and explain the main apartment features, including:

  • Access cards, keys, wristbands, and remote controls.
  • Lighting controls and basic scenes.
  • Climate control and ventilation.
  • Windows, balcony doors, curtains, blinds, or awnings.
  • Kitchen equipment, if applicable.
  • Bathroom and household items.
  • Safe, mini-fridge, or other apartment equipment, where applicable.
  • Basic safety and fire alarm information.
  • Wi-Fi and guest dashboard access.

The exact content of the introduction may vary depending on the apartment type and the systems installed in it.

Estate and Facilities Walkaround

After the apartment introduction, we may also provide a short walkaround of the estate and shared facilities.

Depending on the season and your reservation, this may include:

  • Main entrance and access points.
  • Parking or garage access.
  • Hydraulica SPA & Fitness location.
  • Indoor relaxation pool.
  • Infinity pool area.
  • Sauna and hammam location.
  • Wine Cellar.
  • Beach access route.
  • Waste disposal instructions.
  • Drinking water purifier location.
  • Main walking routes and safety notes.

This tour is practical rather than formal. It is meant to help you understand the estate quickly and avoid losing time later.

If You Are Tired After Arrival

If you are tired after the trip, please let us know.

We can keep the check-in introduction very short and focus only on the essentials: access, apartment basics, safety, Wi-Fi, and the most important practical instructions.

The fuller estate and facilities walkaround can be postponed until later, for example the next morning or another convenient time during your stay.

However, we strongly recommend that at least one guest from your group follows the basic apartment introduction on arrival, because it usually prevents confusion and saves time later.

During Your Stay

During your stay, you can contact the management if you need help with any apartment system, facility, access issue, or service request.

Please do not try to force, reprogram, disable, or adjust technical systems by yourself if you are not sure how they work.

It is always better to ask us first.

Final Note

The check-in orientation is part of the CONTINUUM experience.

It helps guests feel informed, comfortable, and independent, while also protecting the quiet, technical, and private character of the estate.

A few minutes at the beginning of the stay usually make the whole stay easier.
