Waste Disposal and Recycling

Although the region does not yet have a comprehensive recycling system, we ask our guests to handle waste carefully and responsibly. This helps us maintain cleanliness in the apartments, avoid unpleasant odors and sanitary issues, and reduce unnecessary plastic waste.

Reducing Plastic Waste

To reduce plastic waste, we recommend using the drinking water purifier available in the complex instead of buying large amounts of bottled water.

The water from the purifier is carefully filtered, suitable for everyday drinking, and helps avoid the accumulation of unnecessary plastic bottles in the apartment.

This is especially convenient for longer stays and better reflects the CONTINUUM concept, where comfort is combined with careful use of resources.

How to Collect Waste

For ordinary short stays, food waste does not need to be collected separately. In practice, separating food waste during short stays is often inconvenient and only increases the number of garbage bags.

Food leftovers, paper, packaging, plastic, and other ordinary household waste may be collected together in plastic garbage bags.

Please pay special attention only to the following categories:

Glass: Glass should be handled carefully and collected separately if possible. Broken glass must be safely wrapped or packed so that it does not create a danger for guests, staff, or municipal workers.
Clean empty plastic water bottles: Only clean, empty, non-crushed plastic bottles from drinking water may be left separately in the apartment. We pass them on to local farmers for reuse.
General household waste: Ordinary household waste, including food leftovers, paper, packaging, plastic, and other daily waste, should be collected in plastic garbage bags and disposed of in the municipal containers.

Garbage Bags

A starter set of garbage bags is provided upon check-in.

If you need additional bags during your stay, they can be purchased in any local supermarket.

Please do not leave waste without bags, especially food waste.

Where to Dispose of Waste

Regular household waste should be disposed of in the municipal trash containers located on the upper main road, on the left side of the entrance turn to CONTINUUM.

Before check-out, please make sure that all garbage bags have been collected and disposed of in these containers.

What Not to Do

Please do not leave garbage in any of the following places:

Inside the apartment at check-out.
On terraces or balconies.
In corridors or near entrances.
In the parking area.
In shared areas.
Near pools or SPA areas.
On the beach.
Near the gates or anywhere on the complex grounds.

This is important for cleanliness, sanitary safety, general comfort, and respect for other guests.

Waste Removal Service

Regular and final waste removal is the responsibility of apartment guests.

If you request intermediate or mid-stay apartment cleaning during your stay, waste removal may be included in this service for an additional fee.

Please arrange this with the management in advance.

Check-out Reminder

Before leaving, please collect all garbage bags from the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas and dispose of them in the municipal trash containers.

Clean, empty, non-crushed plastic bottles from drinking water only, if collected separately, may be left in the apartment.
